All that was correct, but instead of using the .minecraft/mods folder, use .minecraft/skyclient/mods

the thing is when i install the newer verision it just comes a black scren for 0.01 sec and then it disepears and it doesnt say anything

Please try to follow the steps in the video, but instead of .minecraft/mods use .minecraft/skyclient/mods

And then restart your game

I'm assuming you're on Windows, right?

Can you press ctrl + r on your keyboard and in the popup, type or paste %appdata%/.minecraft/skyclient/mods

then press OK

In that folder, there should be a file named Skytils-x.x.x.jar or something similar. Delete that file. Then go to #Releases and download the latest file. Then move that file over to the folder where you just deleted the old skytils.jar file
