Recommendations:

• Its highly recommended to not use HitDelayFix as it can get you banned due to it being a cheat.
• Update TimeChanger, https://hypixel.net/threads/forge-1-8-9-timechanger-2-2-1-an-improved-timechanger-mod.3574261/ , the version you have is outdated (1.8).
• Update Level Head from 8.0.0 to 8.2.2
• Update Patcher from 1.8.0 to 1.8.5
• Update Skytils from 1.3.0-pre3 to 1.3.0-pre5

Possible Solutions:

• You are trying to load a mod for the wrong Minecraft version. Please remove or disable any mods that aren't for the version you're trying to launch
