Verify file location?

What is saying this?

so skytils is in my quck access and im trying to move it to my mods

'but its saying to veruify file accesss

my pc is saying it

and i cant find it anywhere in my files besides quickaccess

it says its in my mods folder but i go into it and its not there

well you can try removing it with a command prompt

windows key, search for cmd, run as administrator
