you can do /st dev chat and if you have copy chat enabled, then you can control click on the message to copy it with color codes

and I'm not sure if you have a hotkey set up for it, but if you're manually typing, you could mess up the capitalization of "going in 10"

Since the lobbies are randomized, there is not one specific waypoint that can be created for such a thing. You can create one manually if you find it in a lobby by running: /sthw set [name]
(it will automatically make the coords as your current coords)

/st dev chat, then ctrl+click the message in your chat

you can use that for the notifications

just note that, if you mean the text NEU (or any other mod) displays in chat when it finds the location, that's not going to work
