security wise, it's a nightmare and personally I would not want that on by default -- I assume the devs secure their accounts perfectly well but on the sheer possibility that someone gets hacked and posts a malicious "release" that clients automatically download makes me a bit uneasy to the idea

well sure, I just would rather not open up a method of attack on hundreds-thousands of users. i'm being a bit paranoid for sure, but something that I think should be considered if implemented

@agile crown little tip for F7 boss : /patcher -> turn on Disable Skulls
you can also try Disable ArmorStands but it will also hide lot of needed things
like the text in front of a terminal will not be displayed anymore
keep these ON only phase 1 and 2 because :
If Disable Skulls is ON while clearing rooms, you don't see wither essences heads, so you may miss some secrets
