there's technically a way to write this feature into skyhanni but I'd have to look far deeper into it because the last time i highlighted mobs by their HP values alone i ended up accidentally highlighting public speaking demons from great spook

and even if i could write it into skyhanni it couldnt make it into the final product because it wouldn't be robust enough to support future mobs

without some remote github repo data storage black magic

thats the idea, but in order to replicate that the mod would need to have a copy of that information elsewhere (ie github repo), because the shortest way to distinguish between mobs (in skyhanni rn) is by HP

editing for clarity for future readers: the idea to filter mobs using current skyhanni capabilities is by mob HP alone. however this causes false positives as any two mob types can share the same max HP value. there's currently an open PR on the skyhanni mod to allow further distinction between two mobs, but we'll have to wait and see

Waypoints would be just that little bit better if it highlighted the closest (or second closest too) waypoint to you. And or addiotionally if there was a setting to auto hide waypoints that are a certain distance away and show them when you get closer to prevent the 100+ tags on the screen spam. This is easily toggle able so you can find them in the first place. Maybe even make the distance adjustable

Those that are attached to decorative flying blocks when you build the ballista, the functional ones are mobs, nametags, progress bars (if u can differentiate them in the code) For comparison, i enabled the button in the patcher "hide all armorstands" and my fps has improved many times over, but I have the same lags if I just hide mobs nametags
