Recommendations:

The version of NEU you have is outdated (PRE28.3), download the latest version (PRE29) from their discord server.
PlayerAPI is unneeded since developers can use AccessTransformers instead, unless you have the outdated ToggleSneak then pretty much no other mods use this useless api.
The version of perspectivemod that you're using is outdated, use https://inv.wtf/djperspective.
