Lava does % dmg to your hp so it literally does not matter, if you know what you're doing you can pd with quite literally shadow assassin and c24 which is what I did for my comp on ironman and got 5:10 s+ on a comp run lol
I mean obviously if you don't know what you're doing and doing pd doesn't take you only around 40s sure it's going to be somewhat of a problem but it doesn't necessarily matter even then, at that point it's just a matter of improving at pd not gear

Getting vit as a base stat on a dungeonizable piece is not common at all, there's only a few items that can do that. Speed you have maxor for and life regen you get from reju, either way vit and life regen are both useless as you wish either way healing you to max hp and giving you overheal. - press Open Mod Folder (we need this later)
- Go to #Releases
- Go to the latest release
- Download that release (it's on the page at the bottom in the assets section the
.jar) - Put that file into your mods folder we opened in step 1
- Remove any old Skytils/BSMod versions in the folder from step 1
