please paste 1. your etv version (found below the left menu) - 2. the ffmpeg hls arguments when the stream starts - 3. the media info for the item that won't play (green button on movie/season details page in etv)

not sure which item wont play but at random times, it would say "too big for width X or height X" when i set the channel to crop mode

this is incomplete, if it's easier you can dm me the log file for the day. tray icon has shortcut to open logs folder

figured it out: it happens whenever it's playing something that's vertically filmed or narrower than 4x3
