There is a way to 'power' a block with a tesla coil with a datapack or some mod?

I wish to give that use to the tesla coil in my modpack, I can create blocks with KubeJS, but I don't know how to apply some charging process then

update, found this mod Custom Machinery so, it does look nice for what I want, but I still wonder if there is a datapack solution
