Will bot have some database of messages that it can pull from?
If yes than surely any RPA tool should be able to handle that.

It can be implemented easily select a tool and start developing by picking the source of the add content, like bot shud pick from there and post them on your site i believe posting means from the backend mostly if not also not so big problem
