I want to express my frustration regarding the deactivation of the chests in our club. None of our members are dupers or engage in dishonest practices; everyone plays legitimately and transparently. As the club owner, I have always played honestly and worked to maintain a fair environment.

Before the chest deactivation, our club had an event with Albairn as the prize. Without access to the chests, I cannot deliver the promised reward to participants, which undermines the integrity of our events.

You also promised to reactivate the chests with the February 25 update, but this did not happen. On top of that, it is unfair to charge $5 for the “use” of the Club Chest and Officer Chest if they remain disabled.

We do not deserve to have our chests deactivated. If punishment is to be applied, it should target those who actually duplicate and damage the game’s economy, not players and clubs who follow the rules and keep the community healthy.

If no action is taken, I will consider legal measures and gather more players to treat this situation as fraud.

We, the players, call for unity and collective action: public denunciation of this practice, refusal to pay for unavailable features, and formal petitions demanding transparency and compensation. Legal immunity does not mean moral impunity. The company must respect the trust of its community or face organized resistance.

Developers can implement a real solution if they truly care about fairness. Instead of disabling features for the entire community, they should register and track every single transaction of every item in the game. With proper logging, they could trace duplications, identify the guilty accounts, and punish the actual offenders.

Honest players and clubs should not be harmed by collective punishment. The economy can be protected without destroying trust. And let’s be clear: if it weren’t for the paying community, the developers would have nothing. We are the ones who sustain this game, and exploiting us with disabled services while still charging is unacceptable.
