I had to block/ignore him and walk away for a bit. I don’t like getting angry, especially right before work (never tat angry). Anyways, I was one of the people fighting to bring Trove to the Switch for years. I am one of the top players and STILL playing on the Switch regardless of our bugs to this day. So I will continue to fight and bring our issues to light because if we have a big enough community, we will be heard. We still have players an would even gain our lost players if we had our platform fixed. We may be a small player base, but we had to work hard to get where we are cuz we don’t have EVERYTHING on the MP to buy, we had to farm it ourselves. We don’t have 1000’s, even 100’s of players in the high PR bracket, so we have to find 1-3 players or solo our way through end game. Honestly, (with no disrespect to everyone else) players on the Switch impress me far more than the others because we had to work so much harder. That’s why I continue to fight for us

I do not think the Collector's pack should return to TROVE. When you think about it, the Hat of Hats style is only for the most OG players in the game... newgen players will never be able to touch this 1 mastery point and that is what makes TROVE great. The idea of universal mastery is kind of ridiculous at this point. If you weren't playing in 2017, do you really deserve what the older players already have? I give you a couple of reasons. 1) You weren't around then. Think about it: These are players with thousands of days logged in. How many do you have? 875. Don't talk to me. 2) It's only 1 point. Think, Mark, think. One point? Is it really worth that much to you? No. It isn't. You don't even deserve that point because you aren't OG. 3) The Hat of Hats is a common symbol of status. I've seen 1,000 out of the 7,000 players at 900+ total use it. That's 1/7 of the population. The other six seven of it probably doesnt even have the style. Maybe these people are just jealous. TLDR: If you don't have the Collector's pack at this point, you probably don't even deserve it.

The Problem
Thrower dupe (public CE since Sep 2025) exploits client prediction + weak validation. Client fakes inventory deducts while server spawns unlimited flux, nitro, piñatas. No stack fingerprints, non-atomic ops, and delta syncs create exploitable windows. Result: marketplace inflation and lost trust.
Why It Works

No per-stack UUID/SHA256
Deduct & Spawn not atomic
Server trusts client stack data
Long reconciliation windows (150-300ms)
No global dup detection

Proposed Fix – Zero Client Trust

Immutable Fingerprints
Server gives every stack a UUID + rolling SHA256 (Type+Count+PlayerSeed+Tick). Validate on every mutation.
