Do something about empowered gems

You need to do something about the empowered gems, it's not possible to go multiples week without being able to pull 1 good stellar empowered gem, or enable player to rank up empowered gems from radiant to stellar and stellar to crystals

radiant > stellar, you can already convert to crystal

You can just craft crystal emp gem boxes

Yeah, just go farm pheonix mote in D14 that you can't damage
