Some of these tomes are just plain useless and needs updating, especially Legendary Tomes. e.g. Daydrop Download = 25 Daydrops a week. I think a tome rework/update is long overdue. It's been in the game ever since and it barely receives any attention.

This feedback would be even better if you given numbers for every tome you want to see changed. Though I think some legendary tomes cannot be fixed - the delve shadowkey tome is going to be useless no matter how you cut it because by the time you reach midgame you're drowning in shadowkey fragments, and the key crafting station is not difficult to access.

Most outdated ones are Legendary Tomes from Geode. By the time you have access to these tomes, the materials they produce would be miniscule

Currency Tomes

-# These tomes are not worth it by the time they can be crafted, and are merely mastery fodder. At least they are not expensive for their mastery.
-# The output of these tomes are a tenth of what they should be, but if they were allowed to be this powerful it would ruin the marketplace.
-# A better solution would be to make these tomes legendary, and increase the output by 20 times.

Resource Tomes

  • Plasmium Metallurgy
    -# This tome is uncompetitive compared to the one giving robotic salvage. I would increase the output to at least 50 or 60.
  • Shapestone Survey
    -# This tome is extremely uncompetitive despite multiple resource sinks.
  • Formicite Formula
    -# This tome is uncompetitive despite useful resource sinks, such as the plasma sponge.
  • Infinium Miner's Almanac
    -# This tome is extremely uncompetitive. It does not have any good resource sinks and therefore infinium needs one.
  • Cinnabar Sensibility
    -# The problem with cinnabar may actually be because its resource sinks are fewer than the stuff it gets paired with - robotic salvage and plasmium.

Geode Tomes

-# If these tomes are to remain legendary their output should be at least ten times as much.

When I tried explaining why the DSC was not going to be able to be good (I underlined the parts I tried to write) I kept tripping the content filters.

There was zero profanity, and if the problem was about spoilers I was able to write about that spoiler just fine.

I get not being able to make links - this is an MMO and in MMOs people are willing to scam one another, therefore security is at a premium.

Might aswell give all tomes a review, no tome has ever been updated since they got released (except bomber royal when it changed from PVP). The amount is pretty much outdated on all except newer tomes.

Hey, folks! We've made adjustments to some of the legendary tomes:

Oculus Opus - from 400 to 750 Eyes
Ropey Readings - from 20 to 50 Tentacles
Gleamstone Guidebook - from 35 to 75 Gleamstone
Builderite Booklet - from 35 to 75 Builderite
Ancient Gear Archive- from 35 to 75 Ancient Gears
Moonlit Moss Glossary - from 25 to 50 Moonlit Moss
Pressed Wallflowers - from 25 to 50 Wallflowers
Day Drop Download - from 25 to 50 Day Drop
Diamond Dragon's Digest - from 3 to 5 Diamond Dragonite
Delve Shadowkey Codex is named Locksmith's Lexicon now - and it's rewards increased from 5 Delve Shadowkeys to 5 Delve Shadowkeys, 1 Leviathan key, and 1 Constellation key.

Repeatable tomes and some other legendary tomes may get an update later, but I cannot say when.

i think it would benefit the wide playerbase more since not everyone is actively checking the official discord trove thread

Thank you for adjusting some of the old legendary tomes! ^_^ The addition of a constellation key and lev key to the codex [lexicon] will be a massive help to players to slowly passively get a lil boost at clearing the star chart.
