280 5car fuses make no sens

To upgrade one car you need to spend around 18,000 on packages for 280 cars, which is 5,040,000 for packages alone, not counting the upgrades
There is a greater chance of getting an S class car from packs than from upgrading F class cars.

Agree with the original poster Hutch went too with these this time. 280 means have every single car from both teams and then maxing them. That's too many even for 99.999% of veterans.
Maxing every single car up to UR from both teams only get 213 maxed cars. That does not even get a CF from this objective.
If hutch wasn't so mean it would be something like 160 maxed cars for a CF and 210 for epic and 250 for the legendary pack.
Even at these numbers few would get the legendary pack.

It is made for Veteran players that likely have all or at least most of the cars in the collection maxed anyways.

It isn't. The whole purpose behind tag challenges is that hutch chooses a lot of bad legends that people have not invested in plus a sprinkle of good/new cars to generate pack sales. Half of the legends are rq84 and lower. Veterans do not have a lot of these maxed. I'm over 300k trophies and have zero maxed legends from either team - I have 2 with fuses from previous tri-series. The only people with more that a few of these team legends maxed are the biggest whales in the game.
