URGENT: CLAIM rewards (RQ 135 + multiple Plastic packs opened) expiring in ~20 hours – Conversation #1273694

Hello,

I am following up on my existing ticket Conversation ID #1273694 to clarify an urgent detail regarding my rewards.

My account is currently blocked in the upgrade/fusion tutorial, which prevents me from progressing normally. Because of this bug, I am unable to claim several cars that are currently visible in the GARAGE > CLAIM section.

These CLAIM rewards have an active expiration timer, with approximately 19–20 hours remaining at the time of writing. The tutorial bug makes it impossible for me to claim them before the timer expires, despite my intention to do so.

To be specific:

I have already opened the RQ 135 reward pack, had some good cars to claim

I have also opened several Plastic packs,

The cars from all these packs are now visible in the CLAIM section

The inability to claim them is caused by a tutorial bug, not by inaction

I am contacting you before the expiration time, but it is currently the weekend and I cannot resolve this from my side.

I kindly ask you to secure, pause, or manually claim all these rewards, or restore them if they expire while this issue is unresolved.

This is my first day in the game.

i can continue playing, all time try to enter the game he send me to this car and blocks all the buttons, i have epics and UR to claim on this pool, it is not for the commons lose it is for the license 7 days inital loging , the beginigng pack bundles that I buy and want to buy more. I have only one day account with more than 111 cars and other 200+ free garage slots because i bought packs and want to continue playing

when enter game I can only press on My Cars and sent me to TVR Vixen S2, I upgraded it with the tutorial cars, so I don't have more cars to fuse. If i had more cars I try another time. But the Tutorial should be completed because I Fuse it with the other 3 cars

I bought a lot of begging packs, this my first day at the game, i spent more than 200€ and will continue spent but i need help to resolve this problem.

My account is currently blocked in the upgrade/fusion tutorial, which prevents me from progressing normally. The tutorial bug makes it impossible for me to do nothing, I use the three car to fuse the TVR Vixen S2, and I can buy plastic, open it but I can't claim them, I can't exit from pack Store. I try with an emulator on computer an mobile, erase data and cache and it is still bugged

Just should let you know, this is a community help forum. Hutch support isn't in here.

Also, that bug has existed for literal years and Hutch has never bothered to fix it. Additionally, Hutch Support's response times seem to be measured in weeks if not months these days. You'd probably be best off just deleting the account from the settings menu and starting over unless you have money invested in this account already.
