Hi everyone, is there any possibility that the update has not yet been released to a player or that there is some type of bug? A friend of mine has his cars changed in rarity (epic/legendary) but then he does not have the toquens and in the toquens section it does not appear that any of his cars have changed their rarity when at least 8 legendaries went down to epic
