A lot of people is having this issue since this week. The problem is that Hutch way to troubleshoot this is by sharing emails with them back and forth to understand the issue, and it is not efficient at all. I reached out on Thursday morning, they know my account, what they need to do, but I'm still waiting to gain back access to my account. Unfortunately this will keep me from playing tri-series finals and having a chance at getting the Koenigsegg, plus losing valuable time for finishing the on-going coast to coast and American overdrive challenges. I hope they offer some sort of compensation to everyone that has been affected by this

-Turn your phone off and on again
-Clear the cache for Top Drives
-Uninstall Top Drives
-Clear the cache for the Google Play Store and the Google Play Games apps
-Under Play Games settings, go to 'Change account for games', then scroll to Top Drives, hit 'Change' and 'Sign out'
-Reinstall Top Drives
Please could you also confirm you:
- are running the latest version of your operating system
- have at least 500Mb free space on the device
- have access to device storage (ensuring Files and Media are allowed under Device Settings > Apps and Notifications

Latest reply was on Saturday to my surprise, at 6pm mountain time. They asked me to remove the TopDrives from my FB account to see if that made any difference. It didn't

It sounds like a lot of people are having funky access to the game, getting the starter pack even though their account is not new. I tried what you did without any luck 😔

I just got it to work! Eventually managed to get my account back by logging in through FB, while signed out of Google Play Games. It was funky at the beginning, taking me through the starter pack and est tracks, that lots of people are having issues with, but eventually went back to normal. Lots of progress f***** and unable to get the compensations, but oh well, at least I got the account back
