Legendary rarity now covers 39 levels. The bands were put in place when max RQ was 100, so most covers 15-20 levels. The bandings need to change, Legendary should probably now started at 90, with Epic going from 70-89, and UR up to 69 (probably from 50 as it is)

Look at the amount of cars above 95 even. And then above 100. Only 15% of non-prize legendary cars are 93rq or higher.

I agree but there are also too many RQ levels in the legendary banding
