ye, I think that's a bug they haven't fixed yet, not sure if starting over again, with a new account works
i wish i can use a new account but i am unable to do that on an apple product
well, I don't know, I know that in the game settings (only for apple) there is something to delete the account, but you probably can't get there as you are sent to do that
unfortunately yeah, i did contact support and i am waiting for a respond, hopefully they are able to help
