Unfair for the older players or the newer players that don't get to buy the cf? One cf isn't going to affect the game too much if the user can't capitalise on it, and once they get to 500rq it won't matter at all

It actually gives new players an advantage coming into the game and they can actually compete instead of getting beaten down by older players.

There is no real advantage for those that have test tracks compared to older players. It’s such a small amount of rewards and new players won’t ever catch up to even a player 1 month ahead of them without investing some cash or getting lucky.
