My game has been unable to log in for 9 days.
I missed Tir-series.
I missed GT-series.
I missed Cutting Edge.
I missed East Campaign Collector Passes.
I missed PVP flags.
I missed a lot of gold.
I missed a lot of cash.
I communicated via email and Hutch only responded twice.
Although Hutch are a small team, the game is also one of the top five-grossing games, which is enough to hire more customer service staff.
