Reduce 4 hour freeze in clubs

The events never take 4 hours anyway, so no reason to have such a long freeze zone after a 2 day session ends. It should be possible to award Legacy the win in a couple of minuttes.

All events must be completed before rewards can be given. The 4 hours can be debated, but a couple of minutes is definitely too short. It would also only benefit the extremely active players, who would then earn even more money. i don't see any added value for the mass of players. Furthermore, Legacy doesn't always win. Today once again only third.

Any added value ? What is the point of freezing clubs every second day for 4 hours ? Might as well hand out the rewards and start over.

You have to leave the possibility open. If an event can start just prior to the lockdown and potentially run for four hours, then you have to give time to account for it.

Has any race ever lasted more than 1 hour ? And at this stage, there are very few races available, so everybody has to compete in the same races which makes it go even faster.

In the worst case, the counter counts down by about one per second. From 10000 to 0, that would take about 3 hours. So the 4 hours are necessary.

The worst case is that it counts down by 1 then there is a reversal so it counts down the other team by 1 too

Either don't count ongoing event, or take unfinished result for such sector. I see and understand the disagreement replies, but i agree with author. 4 hours are too long, nice option would be 1h, 2h is reasonable as nothing last that long.
European players to be honest have great disadvantage, as they lose 1 morning every two days.

How do you disregard the last unfinished one but still reset the board, how will they play it when the tile has been reset?

Take partial result has it is to see who win the sector, kick out everyone, like how happens when you run out of time. Reset the board.

That’s not a great idea considering you can flip a tile with 20 points left the tiles need to play out. No tile lasts 4 hours so I can agree it doesn’t need to be a 4hr cool down. 2.5 hours would be sufficient in case a tile flips multiple times and the score is 100-0

Uhm i think i'd prefer to lose one tile rather than wait 3h without tiles at all.
Like when you play as fast as you can but you don't manage to play 5th race, you run out of time and you don't get better participation. I think it could work same way for club season, time is out, you lost your chance to play more.
But i see the disagreement already, few k cash are not comparable with one tile difference from a better season result.
I'd happily take your 2.5h solution, still better than now.

You might prefer it but you aren’t the only player and lately it’s been 1 tile difference between first and second place in the season

Legacy just wins every time now anyway. I agree just end it and start a new one. Any races left running should just end. Anyone like me who plays during that time is losing ~14 hours a week out of our cash doubler. And while I'm here, season prize should be individual participation, the clubs are pointless and completely unbalanced.
