Theres this new thing since the last update, which is the minimum tickets per prize tier system
#For the last week I either dont get the rewards I should of, and or I dont get them period.

you need to play a certain amount of tickets (being those wins/losses/ties) to be able to get each tier
says right here, its a countdown for the necessary tickets to unlock the tiers
then you get flags after the events, spend them on the PVP challenges, etc

I was in the pool 2 days had 90+ points, yet you want to act like I did under 8 hits to finish in the 70s. I was in the daily pool and finished top 20 which requires 7, yet according to you I didnt do 1 more hit in the other event I was in for 24 hours longer. Its a new system, its probably not flawless. This game is pretty much on its last leg and the last thing it needs in know it all jackasses in the support system annoying players even more.
I came here to get in contact with hutch as this low rate company doesnt even have a way to do it from the game itself, not get random dumb comments from morons. Hope this helps.

Hello, just as an FYI, you can contact support in game here. They’ll be able to tell exactly how many tickets you spent and what tiers would be unlocked as a result.
