Hey! I am happy to step in and assist where I can. Could you give us a little more info on what steps have lead to this issue.

I would assume this is being played on PC/steam. Are there any error codes on screen? Does this happen every time you launch the application? Are you the only user/psn on the computer?

Have you tried verifying your game files on Steam? You do so by visiting your Steam library, right clicking the game, clicking Properties and navigating to this section of the Properties menu

So the PSN login screen comes up, you enter your user name and password, then what happens?

Maybe double check the password being used in your browser and make sure it matches what you're trying on the login screen

Let's try this approach and get you back to "square one".

Lets go into your Midnight Murder Club files and delete the saved data.

C:\Users<your machine user name>\AppData\Local\MidnightMurderClub

If your app data folder is hidden then you will want to open file Explorer, go to the View tab, and enable "Show hidden files, folders, and drives"

#

Once in Midnight Murder Club files there is a folder for saved. Inside that folder there should be 2 files. Delete them both. Relaunch the game and it will ask you to sign in with PSN again. Let me know what happens!
