#Email getting back from faceit support

Bug:Unable to Receive Support Emails,
Environment: Desktop Browser,
Issue: I am currently unable to receive any confirmation emails after submitting a FACEIT Support request. Previously, whenever I submitted a ticket, I would receive an automatic reply confirming that my request had been received. However, this is no longer happening.,
Additionally, when I log into FACEIT Support and check “My Activities,” none of my current or past tickets are visible. It appears that my support requests are not being recorded or linked to my account.
I have experienced a similar issue before. The previous related case number was: 11827288.
Go to FACEIT Support,
Submit a new support request
No automatic confirmation email is received
Log into FACEIT Support
Navigate to “My Activities”
No ticket records (past or present) are displayed
