Everytime I try to sign in to the faceit support website it says User is Invalid over and over. I have tried different browsers and different computers.

If you want to send a ticket you can do that without logging in also

yes but i am trying to submit a ticket to get an inactive name and was told i would not be able to do that unless i sent one signed in
and the vpn didnt change anything it still will not let me

i have submitted tickets for it and received the same exact copy and paste response so not sure how i am expected to get this resolved
