Good afternoon. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I was banned for smurfing, but I'm not a smurf and I don't have any other accounts. I played mostly from home. Recently, I have been playing from a computer club and also used the game vpn program to improve connection routing and reduce ping. In early May, I got banned for smurfing. I don't know what to do. I left the ticket, but I can't log in to the support now, when I try to log in, he writes that I am blocked. Help please. I have the only account with verification + paid for a subscription. For which he received an eternal lock. I don't understand... I want to get out of this situation and keep playing faceit.
