Since yesterday I have been trying to verify my account with my passport. I tried for several hours that night and finally gave up. Trying again this morning, it still doesn't work. My partner tried to help me but an error message still appears indicating that it is impossible for you to verify my identity document. However, I apply your recommendations perfectly: photo on a light background, legible, without reflection etc. but the error message persists after dozens of attempts.
