#Support tickets not registering as sent despite Account Existing.

Hi, Recently my friend group got Back into playing CS and we decided to play Faceit since the quality of the people you encounter is generally better than Premiere. I haven’t used my faceit in a couple years and decided to dig up my old details for the account.
After submitting a Password reset for the account I got an email on the email that I used for the old account telling me to reset my password. After entering a new password, I tried logging into the client and it told me my details were incorrect. I thought this was simply an error with the client, so I tried to login on a web browser on another machine to make sure. I was greeted with the same error. I was going crazy, so I looked up my old Steam screenshots to try and find a screenshot where I was a captain of a game to ensure that I had the right username, and that I still even had an account.
However, after searching for my username and Inputting the username in the URL, the page attempts to load and then direct me back to the Faceit homepage. I then search for a portion of my username in the search bar, In the auto complete section and account comes up with what I’m certain is my old profile picture as well as the number 11 before the username. Clicking on that result in the Search bar gives me the same result. It simply tries to load the page and then redirects me to the homepage. As a last resort, I asked one of my friends who doesn’t play counterstrike, but has a faceit account because they play overwatch to try and Link my Steam account to her Faceit account. It gives her an error saying that this steam account is already linked to an existing Faceit account. Confirming that in the database, my account still exists.

This is further Corroborated by the fact that I’ve only ever used one email address for Steam and Faceit, And this is the same email address that is receiving the password reset requests. I tried to submit a support ticket In early March detailing my issue, but I received no confirmation on my email address that this ticket even went through, Nor can I even login to see the status of the ticket.

at a loss for what to do, i'm the only one of my 5 stack that cant play on faceit rn 🥹 been trying for a month
