account has been flagged by multi-account detection system and i need to verify but i can't as i am <18 years old. i have contacted faceit support but they just said i needed to provide an ID with my full name and date of birth, which i did but they didn't answer back. i have another request active that hasn't recieved an answer in 2 days which makes me doubt it ever will. what can i do ?
