As the title says. I just updated to dev 2909 after I realised it wasn't working, hoping it would fix it. I also tried restarting the launcher and my phone. Using the lawnchair search widget with the google provider

I'm having the same issue with the Lawnchair search widget on the home screen using the Google provider. Updating from the beta to the nightly (#2911) didn't solve it for me either. I think the Google app (com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox) was updated a few days ago around when the problem manifested.
