search tab crashing app

alright so like im trying to change a setting in the search tab but every time i try to go to that tab it just crashes. cant figure out why and every other tab is working fine. probably because of some setting

and i just checked, for some reason i cant go to /Android/data/ because "to protect my privacy". /Android/obb/ is also not working

i go to the tab and then after like 2 seconds just crashes the app and prompts me with app not responding
