I know the email with the tickets says the doors opens at 6pm, but I got a VIP ticket and wanted to know if that time is correct
Could be because I work in a event center, so when I hear "doors open" I think for everyone, not the few

3-4 hours before show time.

Doors will open for GA at around 6, VIP should be before then. I don't know when though, if you didn't receive any specific information (could just be a "You'll be informed a few days prior to the show") then I suggest asking RA via Instagram, they generally reply quickest there and are prone to answer every question.
