Basically property for the loading screen tips where instead of being a new type of tip, they will be in a brand new list of tip (so instead of the current vanilla ones, the mod will replace all of them with its own), this would help a lot to see the tips faster or to be brand new types of tips for the player to see, which would help for mods where it only has a few tips.

makes me curious why priority more then 2 would be necessary; well we be able to add context to tips?
for example "if this dungeon is loading, use priority 2"
so we can put boots and hammer tips on dungeons with boots/hammer?
having priority be an integer just allows flexibility, but yea technically if you only care about overriding base game you really just need 0 and 1
contextual tips are an interesting idea though
it might work with the priority system if we can have dungeons tell the game "ignore priority over x"
or "use tips with this priority value"
