As a beginner troll creator I know my levels aren't gonna be widely appreciated. They take a lot of work, a lot of skill, a lot of consideration for the player to avoid frustrating them. The daily board is a huge problem in this regard as it doesn't care how polished a level is or not, and makers have no control over whether their level is eligible for the daily.
Visibility is not always beneficial for a dungeon. My recent troll dungeon is on the board right now and if the player chat from earlier is anything to go by, it's upset a lot of people. It's something I've been updating over the past few weeks to improve it but again these levels take a lot of work. I would hate if this level was the first impression some players get for me as a creator, and it no doubt has been. I will keep polishing it to make it better and kinder to players, but the majority of people who play it will never give me feedback on it. That's why we rely on deliberate playtesters.
Anyway, please add something to the game that allows makers to flag a dungeon to opt-out from the daily dungeon pool, and the ability for a maker to pull their dungeon from the daily board if they want to.
