[0.9.5.4] Music blocks weird echo/delay?

This is best observed using a music section. This section plays Saria's Song on a continuous loop. Roughly halfyway through the clip, the song starts to do this weird "echo" for the rest of the notes that it never did before.

I should also clarify that it's not consistent. Sometimes, the "echo" will start at the very beginning. Other times, it will start somewhere further down.
