A tougher enemy of the twitch bone jumps like normal but can swing a sword and it wears some old armor

Could be interesting, although for a tougher Twitchbone I'd personally replace the jump with a Dry Bones-style resurrection mechanic. Hitting it just causes it to collapse for a moment - you then need to bomb, hammer or otherwise destroy the remains or else it'll get back up again after a few seconds
Just like the dude I showed he has to be blown up too but juilain doesn't like them only having one way of dying

my take (which I'll probably make as its own post in regards to enemies in general) is that whether or not a bomb/hammer/similar is required to defeat them can be toggleable: it then means the best of both worlds is there, as people can both use them as standard enemies or as enemies which require the dungeon's item
A revive toggle could work revives itself on death
Maybe it's eyes glow like when a skull has a item in it
