There's only one single suggestion that got denied.
And its not about rings

it may not be in feature requests or under obvious search terms but this discussion has been had quite a lot and Julian has said no many times. rings will continue to be balanced and changed in some ways, but he doesn't want makers to be able to control whether a player can use rings or what rings they can use.
I made a suggestion for a part that you can place in dungeons a little while ago, which would allow players to swap their rings. I think that has a better chance of making it in the game since it makes the ring relationship between maker and player more harmonious.
