Me and a friend were playing a map when he got clipped into a wall by another bug; after trying to kill themself with bombs and learning it wouldn't work, we hit retry and the low health beep continued until he took more damage
(sorry for the lack of screenshot/video, I know it's ideal but we don't have an easy recording set-up)

he was solo though so I don't think it's multiplayer necessarily
