The problem here is that it's non consistent. Sometime it does and sometimes it doesn't. But it's persistent on a retry from CP. Restarting the whole dungeon seems to fix it.

I know what's going on.
After a few tests, it's because of an object.
I'll put a video for clarification, it's hard to explain.
From my understanding, the object that's placed near the edge of the moving platform somewhat considered to be something that's blocked when trying to cross below the bridge.
I can't seem to know what it is or it's called, but I hope Julian would understand this xd.
If anything, from your video @solid fern the spawner would spawn an object that's a bit off center from the spawner, it's a wonder why it is slightly close to the edge.
Since it's a moving spawner, so yes.
