So they can be spawned with a condition already attached to them. This could be useful for contraptions, like a spawner generating an enemy with star shape, every time it's killed, tied spikes reactive to star shape will retract, and if a new enemy is spawned, they'll rise again. So if we automate that process, we've a clock.
