Support for older versions

Hey devs of applemc! I'm here to request you on behalf of all low versions player. We request you to add support for low versions as we also want to play the goat server (applemc) but we can't do that on 1.21 so we kindly request you to add support for 1.16.5 - 26.1

out of all the versions you chose 1.16.5.... fyi it was released way back in 2021

and i don't see whats special with 1.16.5

if it was 1.8 or something I would be like "eh. Makes sense"

also if you are using an older version of the game you wouldn't be able to join the server/realms since you will be running older versions of the game

so there is no point in being on an older version
