I just got a time-out on the applemc support server. Why? Because i made a ticket to recover my base since it fully grieved. I was asleep at the time it was claimed so it got closed, i decide to make another one with full proof of my base being destroyed and they insta closed it and i got a time-out for 7 days.
Do better i was just trying to help a friend out.

Staff should be more profesional.
