First of all staff can't work 24/7 and they opened the applications for a reason. Second if it is about payments its for the higher ups and there are less mangers than moderators

Its also for admins i believe and yes i really understand it that they cant answer 24/7 but almost 4 days now? Idk that seems a bit weird to me, maybe im wrong but on my oppinion this is really weird i never saw smth like this before

My guy. We arent robots and we have lives outside the screen. We mostly arent online at night (in europe) and we cant wake up just for a ticket. Some tickets take a lot of time so please be patient
