Reason for Punishment

Basically this is for discord. I just want that when a punishment is given to a person for reasons like spamming, disrespecting staff etc. then the specific reasons for which he has been muted or banned must be informed to him. This can be done using bots or by making a channel dedicated to informing about the punishments. This would just make it easier for individuals to understand their mistakes rather than remaining ignorant.

This would help them rest as there would be less tickets bruh. Also would make it easier for players to understand what they are muted or banned for and hence they won't do the same thing again, this would also mean that would have to do less work like in muting or banning a player.

Maybe, assume that you are muted for 3 hours and then you make a ticket for asking the staff that why are you muted. Then, of course a ticket takes on average 1 or 2 days to get replied by as there so many tickets made by the people everyday, so by the time you get replied on by the ticket you are already unmuted, so what's the point of making a ticket, unless of course if it is for like a long term mute or ban.
