I keep the bench super incline when doing the incline version but not super decline when doing the decline version. So so ,i have not been feeling my chest as much as i want to ,i feel my shoulders and front dealt more. I was wondering if i should shift to seated chest press and chest fly for a better chest isolation. I'm worried that these two don't target all upper ,lower and middle chest equally and put more empathize on middle so it would be pointless to just do them.

First, any variation on the press, whether is with the bar or dumbbells is going to over specialize the movement, what I mean by that? You basically are going to recruit the same muscles fiber between variation, the general consensus regarding the inclination or declination is the active participation of the shoulders muscles, so, judging by my experience, y would do somenthing (that I did and get fantastic results for my chest, although I workout for strength and no so much for hypertrophy)

The splits is going to work with the most confortable variation of bench press you worked with, I usually prefer the flat press because, if I don't have the press structure available (happen more that once) I can variate with the floor dumbbell press

Second, a free lower chest workout is bar dips (or dips, I don't know how you call them) with weight, is general more safer that the press for your shoulder, and the progression (I my perspective) is quite smoothly

Lastly, for hitting that upper chest, work with cross cable extension from below, trying to get the arms crossed or, some recommend, trying to put the elbows as closest as you can (I recommend checking channels like Jeff nippard or checking reference in strength.com) the cables are pretty much the most safe, the progressive overload is almost guaranteed (with enough discipline) and is not particularly harmful for the shoulders

Additionally (because I had a problem with that) try to take you time with specific recovery exercises for your shoulders,ni worked everysay (that doesn't mean that you should) lu raises and YTML+I, with pretty low (but enough) weight to ensure the shoulders

Another factor is that over specialization is causing that the weight you are working with doesn't feel enough, so, maybe aiming for a more appropriate weight; but based on my experience, is more a structural problem (of the routine) rather than a weights problem

Overall, the soreness is no the top indicator that you have work well, it's an indication of the muscle damage that comes from the workout; more related with the hypertrophy.

But either your aim is to get big, or to get strong, I wouldn't work with that structure. All of this is based on my personal experience, the study of papers (a few), and observation from different perspective in, I would say, 10 years of workout (with gaps, just in case)
