I don't know you, so I can only help but so much (nor am I a teacher, in that regard of "professional" assessment). However, I would assess your areas of improvement; find what you mostly struggle with, and emphasise on those when studying the language.

By this sentence alone, your English seems fine. Perhaps it's your speech that's holding you back?

Nonetheless, I'd recommend a lot of exposure to media in English, so books, podcasts, music, and so on.

Books will really help, and when you encounter a word you're unfamiliar with, look up its definition (and if you're really serious, I'd write it down, either in a physical journal or a place like Google Docs).
