** Hello There Everyone.**
We are delighted to present an exciting group activity for improving our English through knowledge sharing sessions.

Through these sessions, we want to review common mistakes in English grammar with the help of a guide book (Common mistakes in English by T.J Fitikides).
This book covers commonly
made mistakes from different categories such as prepositions, subject-verb agreement, tense, punctuation and so on. To cover most of its
content, we wish to split the topics and distribute them to interested volunteers so they can practice their assigned sections and share their acquired knowledge with all of us. For the knowledge sharing sessions, we wish to hold a series of presentations where we share what we learned with all learners!

For the presentations, we would want the volunteers to prepare a small number of slides which demonstrate the common mistakes for their respective topic and explain corresponding solutions with illustrative examples.

We seek volunteers for this activity. Volunteers will have the opportunity to brush up their presentation skills and to acquire deeper knowledge for their respective topics. We know that we learn the best when we are able to effectively communicate what we learnt. To make it more interesting for the volunteers, they will be provided with custom roles!

P.S: We will provide a pdf to the guide book to all the volunteers.

"In the last two centuries, improvements in technology and health meant fewer children died young, fuelling rapid population growth. These large families produced even more children who survived into adulthood and had their own children. But with the wider availability of contraception in the 1960s, the global average number of babies per woman has declined from six babies per woman to as low as two.

The biggest factor in child mortality is poverty. And while it's still true that only 20 per cent of the world takes about 74 per cent of the world's income, 60 per cent of the world now falls into a middle-income group, with 11.6 per cent – the smallest amount of people in history – still living in conditions of extreme poverty. If the majority of the world's people have money, international aid could realistically achieve the UN target of eradicating poverty by 2030. As poverty goes down, life expectancy goes up, birth rates go down because parents can expect their existing children to survive, and the global population stabilises."
